Professor JEFFREY BIGGAR

Jeffrey Biggar is an Assistant Professor in the School of Planning at Dalhousie University, where he teaches and conducts research about land use and infrastructure planning from an equity perspective.
Jeff has authored numerous academic, policy, and media articles on urban development and policy, including on the role of private developer contributions in shaping social returns in land development.
